Business Development Manager in a global IT services company

Klik Ukraine Support is the representative office of Klik Solutions, a managed IT services provider based in the United States of America. Our main office based in Baltimore, Maryland with satellite offices in Washington, DC, Kyiv, Ukraine and Amsterdam, Netherlands.
We offer a full range of IT solutions to our customers. This includes technology support, Cloud, Security, and Help Desk. We’ve also grown by partnering with JetStor, Zadara, Sophos, HPE Aruba, Cisco, Dell, Lenovo, Microsoft, Molnii, and Veeam. We provide managed IT services to a diverse group of clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic region and beyond.
We are searching for a Business Development Manager to develop business and bring in new clients in the country of Ukraine.
As a Business Development Manager, you will identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow. Your work will often reach across all areas of Klik Solutions business.
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role
Proven sales track record into medium and large organizations
Experience in customer support is a plus
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)
Proficiency in English
Ukrainian Market knowledge and a book of current relationships are a huge plus
Ability to build rapport
Communication and negotiation skills
Time management and planning skills
research and identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets
generate leads and cold call prospective customers
meet with customers/clients face to face or over the phone
foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
think strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business
have a good understanding of the businesses’ services and be able to advise your clients
discuss promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department
attend seminars, conferences and events where appropriate
create a sales pipeline Ukrainian market
collaborate with Sales and Marketing departments
Active on social media
Interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships with clients
Initiative and the confidence to start things from scratch.
Proficient in Ukrainian and English languages is a must.
Salary to be discussed with each candidate
Work with modern technologies for many clients from the USA.
Working schedule 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday, though you may on occasion have to work longer to meet a project deadline or when attending an event or conference. Flexible working and working from home may be possible.
